Arthur Baghdasaryan

I am the person who does the Drupal work at CMS Care Lab — security updates, migrations, and PHP upgrades — not a rotating account team.

Who you are hiring

A senior Drupal specialist, not a generalist

I have spent nearly a decade building and maintaining Drupal sites for government, higher education, enterprise, and international clients — the long-lived sites that end up on outdated versions.

Currently I am a Senior Drupal Developer on a large government platform. On that work I migrated 1,000+ service pages with full WCAG accessibility and cut page-load times about 25%. I have also run Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 migrations, and I am authorized to opt projects into Drupal’s official security advisory coverage. I spoke at DrupalCon 2020 and mentor new contributors.

  • 10+ years on Drupal.org, versions 6 through 10
  • 16 contributed modules maintained on Drupal.org
  • 48+ Drupal projects, 1,300+ hours, consistent 5-star client feedback
  • Security advisory coverage authorization on Drupal.org

Profiles you can check: Drupal.org, GitHub, LinkedIn. Email arthur@cmscarelab.com.

How work is sold

Fixed scope, assessed first

  • Every project is quoted up front. No open-ended hourly billing.
  • Compatibility is checked before changes, and work is staged before production.
  • I work remotely with clients worldwide. First replies usually land within one business day.
  • This is not a 24/7 operations desk. If you need an enterprise night shift, I will say so.
