What I do

Full-service Drupal expertise

From urgent security fixes to long-term care — specialist Drupal work across the whole stack, with a clear scope agreed before anything starts.

Development

Need a Drupal developer for the harder work? I build custom Drupal modules, tune performance and Core Web Vitals, and track down bugs in complex, long-lived sites without rewriting what already works.

Ongoing & ops

For teams that want their Drupal site simply looked after, I offer fixed-scope support and maintenance retainers, plus DevOps, CI/CD and hosting help — so updates never pile up into an emergency again.

Why it matters

End-of-life Drupal is a security risk

When a Drupal version reaches end of life, it stops receiving security updates. Newly discovered vulnerabilities simply stay open — and attackers actively scan for them. It's the kind of thing that's easy to miss when you're busy running the actual business.

Drupal 8 & 9 — already EOL

Both reached end of life earlier; sites on them need migrating to a supported line — Drupal 10 or 11.

Drupal 10 — EOL December 2026

Drupal 10 reaches end of life on 9 December 2026, when Drupal 12 arrives. Planning a move to Drupal 11 now avoids a last-minute scramble.

Old PHP (≤ 7.4)

Unsupported PHP breaks as hosts drop it and leaves the stack unpatched. A hosting-aware PHP upgrade fixes it cleanly.

Quiet, not obvious

Nothing looks wrong day-to-day — until it does. A quick scan tells you where you stand.

Coverage

Every Drupal version, covered

From legacy releases to the latest core, I handle Drupal security updates, module and theme compatibility fixes, and version upgrades across the entire Drupal line — including migrations off end-of-life versions like Drupal 7 straight to Drupal 10 or Drupal 11. Drupal 11 is the current release; Drupal 12 is due in 2026, when Drupal 10 reaches end of life.

Arthur Baghdasaryan

Senior Drupal Architect

I've spent nearly a decade building and maintaining Drupal sites for government, higher education, enterprise, and international clients — the exact kind of long-lived, complex sites that end up on outdated versions. I know how to update them safely.

Currently a Senior Drupal Developer on a large government platform, where I migrated 1,000+ service pages with full WCAG accessibility and cut page-load times ~25%. I've delivered Drupal work for enterprise and international organizations, run high-value Drupal 7→8 migrations, and I'm authorized to opt projects into Drupal's official security advisory coverage. I spoke at DrupalCon 2020 and mentor new contributors.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is Drupal 7 still safe to use?

No. Drupal 7 reached end of life in January 2025 and no longer receives security updates, so known vulnerabilities stay open. Sites still on it should be updated or migrated to Drupal 10 or 11.

How do I migrate from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 or 11?

A Drupal 7 migration is a rebuild on modern core, not an in-place update: content and configuration are migrated with the Migrate module, contributed modules are mapped to their Drupal 10/11 equivalents, and themes are rebuilt in Twig. I audit your modules and content first, then give you a fixed-price migration plan. Drupal 11 migration → · All migration paths →

Do you offer ongoing Drupal support and maintenance?

Yes. Alongside one-off fixes I offer fixed-scope support and maintenance retainers — regular security updates, monitoring, and small fixes — so your Drupal site never quietly falls behind again. See Drupal support →

Will an upgrade break my site?

I run a compatibility check on every module and theme before making changes, and test on a staging copy, so nothing breaks unexpectedly. You get a clear scope before any work starts.

Which Drupal versions do you work with?

All of them — Drupal 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, plus preparation for Drupal 12. That includes security updates on supported versions and migrations off end-of-life releases.

How much does it cost, and do you work remotely?

Every project is quoted up front based on your site and scope — a clear fixed price, with no open-ended hourly billing. I work remotely with clients worldwide. Get in touch for a quick quote.
